Nordic eCommerce Summit 2012

What Will Happen on the Big Stage?

During the first day the subject will be multi channels. Stayhard will be with us and tell about their journey, also about in what way a retail store and a magazine have been important marketing channels for them. Yves Rocher has identified what channels are important in order to find a younger target group. Trying hard to keep a loyal range of customers and at the same time trying to reach a younger one has given them a great deal of insight when choosing the right channel at the right opportunity.

Investing in culture might sound as a wide and hazy subject, but Junkyard will be very hands-on when they describe how meticulous they needed to be in their strategy when acting as ambassadors for their target group. A lot of planning and careful followups have made them successful in social media. Filip Domagaia, Unisport, Copenhagen, will explain how video clips have found their way to the hearts of football fans. Also how they have increased sales by acting as leaders.

Fyndiq will report about their achievements by measuring and analyzing in order to be relevant to their customers. Dinesh Nayar and Fredrik Norberg are succeeding in something that most people thought was impossible. Devin and Melanie Duncan of New York have fulfilled their dream about starting and working with a web shop and at the same time being able to travel all over the world. They will generously share one of their favorite tool, Pinterest, with us.

Pär Svärdson, the founder of Adlibris and now the CEO of Familjeapoteket, will tell about what keys he has worked with to make his web shop profitable. Fredrik Hammarqvist of GrandShoes will offer his story about how he started to sell big shoes online and how his business solved problems for men with big feet. Other stories are the ones related by Shirtstore and Stegcentralen. We will get to know them and their business lives.

These are just a few things that will take place on the big stage during the eCommerce Summit of 2012.

Partners

We are looking for partners who want to help the Nordic e-retailers to take a leap forward. We believe that we will be able to take a fight for the ”pole position” together. Of course, everybody is welcome; from niched providers within our field to companies addressing a wider range of customers. Perhaps you are consultants or head hunters – or maybe working with properties? The important thing is that you see e-commerce as a significant part of your future and that you want to be part of the most important ”happening” in our field. It can be nothing less than success!

We also have a partner blog which will be upgraded by our partners continuously. It will give you an insight in what every partner wants to convey.

I am interested in becoming your partner.
